This course meets the ethics CPE requirement for Illinois.
This 2015 edition of Ethics for Accountants covers current ethical issues in the accounting profession and the newly revised and codified AICPA Code of Professional Conduct (with examples and case studies). The Illinois Public Accounting Act: Professional Conduct is included in the Appendix, with cross references to the AICPA Code.
This course is an interactive self-study course and meets the NASBA QAS Self-Study standard.
You can take this course each renewal cycle as we update it annually.

CPE Credit Information
In accordance with the standards of the National Registry of CPE Sponsors, CPE credits have been granted based on a 50-minute hour.
This course qualifies for ethics CPE in the following states:
AR, CA, CO, CT, DC, HI, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS*, KY*, ME, MD, MA, MI*, MO**, MT*, NE, NV, NH, NC**, NM, OK, OR, PA, VT, and WV.
(Also accepted in Rhode Island for four of the six hours required; in Minnesota for four of the eight hours required.)
* Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, and Montana require two CPE in ethics per license cycle.
**Missouri and North Carolina require 2 CPE in ethics annually.
Colorado and Idaho: Qualifies for renewing licensees only.
