This course is approved by the Florida Division of Certified Public Accounting and meets the State's ethics CPE requirement for CPAs licensed in Florida. The course covers general ethics, ethics in business and accounting, the AICPA Code of Professional Conduct, Case Studies, the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002, and the most recent Florida Division of Certified Public Accounting Administrative Rules (61H1-20 through 61H1-36), and the Florida State Statutes, Chapters 455 and 473. The Florida Rules and selected Statutes are cross-referenced with the AICPA Code via hyperlinks.
