NOTE: This course satisfies the 4-hour ethics requirement for Idaho licensees seeking active license renewal only. 
New, reciprocal, reinstated, or re-entered active licenses must take a 2-hour state specific course (this course does not qualify for that requirement). 

This course meets the ethics CPE requirement for CPAs in states that require a general course in regulatory or professional ethics. The course covers current ethical issues in the accounting profession and the newly revised and codified AICPA Code of Professional Conduct (with examples and case studies). The Idaho Board of Accountancy Rules of Professional Conduct are included in the Appendix.
This course is an interactive self-study course and meets the NASBA QAS Self-Study standard.
You can take this course each renewal cycle as we update it annually.
