This course meets the 2-hour ethics CPE requirement for North Carolina.
The course covers current topics in ethics, and the newly revised and codified AICPA Code of Professional Conduct (with examples and case studies). You can take this course each year as we update it annually. The North Carolina State Board of Certified Public Accountant Examiners – Professional Ethics and Conduct (Subchapter 08N) is included in the Section V.
This course is an interactive self-study course and meets the NASBA QAS Self-Study standard. You can take this course each renewal cycle as we update it annually.
