This course meets the annual two-hour ethics CPE requirement for CPAs in Michigan.*  It covers ethics in the accounting profession and provides an overview of the current edition of the AICPA Code of Professional Conduct. 
This course is an interactive self-study course and meets the NASBA QAS Self-Study standard. 

*Note: in addition to the annual requirement of two-hours in professional ethics, all licensees must complete a one-hour course in "Michigan Specific Ethics" by June 30, 2021 and each subsequent license renewal cycle. The one-hour course is available from the MICPA.
