We have two courses that qualify for the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy (TSBPA) ethics CPE requirement: A CPA's Guidebook to Ethical Behavior  and this course, Ethics and Professional Conduct for Texas CPAs. The courses are approved by the TSBPA  and are listed on page 1 and 11 respectively, on the TSBPA list of Board Approved Ethics Courses.

Ethics and Professional Conduct for Texas CPAs focuses on case studies applying the spirit and intent of the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy Rules of Professional Conduct and emphasizes ethical judgment and the ethical standards of the profession.
