Course Formats and Purchase Options
When purchasing courses, you can choose between the below format options:
Online Book, Online Exam (not available for certain Course-in-a-Book™ offerings)
This option allows you to view the course file(s) in PDF format from the "My Courses" section of
your account. You do have the option to download the course PDF file(s) to your computer for offline
viewing in addition to viewing them from your account if you wish.
Hardcopy Book, Online Exam
Choosing this option allows access to the online PDF course and online exam as described above in
addition to a physical copy of the course and exam that will be mailed to you. Shipping charges may

This option is available for our Course-in-a-Book™ offerings. This option will
provide you with the online exam for the course only. This does not include the book the exam is
based on. This option is for customers who already have a copy
of the book, or who wish to purchase a digital version of the book seperately (see course description for details).

Purchasing Individual Courses
- Locate a course by clicking on the “Courses” button on the top menu bar.
- When viewing the course search results, click on the course title to view the course information
page. This page will provide more information about that particular course.
- Purchase the Online (PDF) version
- Go to “My Courses” to open your course
- Take exam, print certificate.
Online courses can be downloaded for offline viewing. Courses are also available in print sent in

Are you purchasing courses for more than one person? If so, first login to your account (click here to create an account) and purchase all courses needed (one course per individual). Then click below to fill out the Multiple User Registration Form. We will distribute the courses to each person's account. If they do not have an account setup, we will setup the account for them and they will receive an email with login instructions.

Taking Exams Online
All exams can be taken online from the My Courses section of your account.
The exams may be started, stopped, then resumed at a later date.
The exams are not timed, and may be retaken if not passed on the first attempt (no charge).
Results (correct, incorrect answers) and certificates appear immediately upon passing the exams.
CFP® and IRS (EA, ERPA, OTRP) credits are reported weekly.
IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING CFP BOARD CREDIT REPORTING:
If your credits for this course are due by the end of the current month, you will need to enter your credits manually in your account on the CFP Board's website before the end of the
month. Even though we will also report your credits, the Board can take up to two weeks to transfer the credit information from our report into their database.

leave a message as we are good about returning calls promptly.
Orders for printed courses are usually processed within twenty-four hours, on weekdays. We ship via USPS or UPS, depending on the type of shipping
requested by the customer (NextDay, 2ndDay, or Ground).
Returns, Refunds, Complaint Resolution
You may return any course within 30 days of purchase (and before you complete the exam) for a full refund (you can also exchange a course for another).
