The course covers current issues and special topics in ethics in the accounting profession and the current AICPA Code of Professional Conduct.
This course fulfills the two-hour professional/regulatory ethics CPE requirement in the following states: AL, KS, KY, MI, MO, MT, and SC.
You have the option to buy this course (titled “Ethics for Accountants 2 CPE “) or the same course but with your state included in the title (for example “Ethics for Accountants: Kentucky.”) If you opt for the state-specific course, the course title will be Ethics for Accountants 2 CPE but your certificate of completion will show your state in the course-title.. This course will not satisfy the ethics requirement for states where a course covering state-specific rules and regulations is required. See your state board of accountancy requirements on the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy website.
