This course meets the four-hour ethics CPE requirement for active Colorado CPAs (it does not satisfy the CR & R course requirements for new licensees).
Ethics for Accountants: Colorado covers current ethical issues in the accounting profession and the current AICPA Code of Professional Conduct (with examples and case studies). The Colorado Board of Accountancy CPE requirements and the Colorado Code of Professional Conduct are included in the Appendix.
This course is an interactive self-study course and meets the NASBA QAS Self-Study standard. You can take this course each renewal cycle as we update it annually.
