This course meets the ethics CPE requirement for CPAs in states that require a general course in regulatory or professional ethics. This 2015 edition of the course covers current ethical issues in the accounting profession and the newly revised and codified AICPA Code of Professional Conduct (with examples and case studies).
This course is an interactive self-study course and meets the NASBA QAS Self-Study standard.
You can take this course each renewal cycle as we update it annually.
This course is also listed on our Website under the individual states for which it qualifies:
AR, CA, CO, CT, DC, HI, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS*, KY*, ME, MD, MA, MI*, MO**, MT*, NE, NV, NH, NC**, NM, OK, OR, PA, VT, and WV.

* Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, and Montana require two CPE in ethics per license cycle.
