This course meets the ethics CPE requirement for licensed CPAs in states that require a general 4-hour course in regulatory or professional ethics. It covers current issues and special topics in ethics in the accounting profession and the current AICPA Code of Professional Conduct.
Note: The following states require licensees to take an ethics course that specifically covers the state’s rules and regulations: AZ, DE, FL, LA, MN, MS, NY, OH, RI, SC; TN, TX, UT, WA, WY**.
