These states require licensees to take an ethics course that covers the state’s rules and regulations.

This course meets the ethics CPE requirement for licensed CPAs in states that require a general 4-hour course in regulatory or professional ethics. It covers current issues and special topics in ethics in the accounting profession and the current AICPA Code of Professional Conduct.
